Hi,
I am an absolute newby at Linux/X-Windows having the system up for only a
month. I was wondering if there is a need for a disk defragmenter for Linux?
Does the system take care of fragmentation on its' own or is there a program
out there that one may obtain to perform the task? So far I have not noticed
any degradation in the speed of my system but was puzzled if there could be
a problem with fragmentation in the future.
Best regards,
