I get the same display when running splitvt, and I'm assuming it's in the
termcap/terminfo entry you've selected. Try setting the getty to linux or
console as the terminal, and Telix to ansi.
1. Inserting a comma "," in the end of every line ( no matter what ).

What could be the easiest way of adding a comma "," at the end of every line.
No matter if the file may also contain blank lines.
e.g.
John Dow,
123 Address Road,
,
,
Washington,
DC,
11223,
,
