*Can anyone tell me what it takes to build an entry level to advanced

server for a web buisness...(wht kind of hardware?).

*Also can anyone tell me what kind of connection(e.g. DSL, ISDN, etc)

will I need in order for my customers to have a good download time from

my sever!!

That question can lead down many paths. You need to ask your self this.
1. What kind of business? Is it credit card business or free info with
advertizments?
2. How many customers/page hits do you plan to have hour/day?
3. Download what? kilobytes or magabytes.

After you answer these questions then you can proceed in what and how
you want
to build your server. Also, forget about ISDN.

The best advice I can give you is to hire someone who knows the answer to
this and all of your other questions. It will bee impossible to run such a
business with out some in-depth knowledge of Linux.

As for your question what do you want to do? Ineed specifics to give an
estimate.

1. biz.sco.* replaced by comp.unix.sco.*; biz.sco.* newsgroups removed.

I've issued the cmsg's removing the old biz.sco.* hierarchy
which was superseded by comp.unix.sco.* back in April.

The old companion mailing lists have been torn down.  All valid
addresses on the old mailing lists were moved to the corresponding
new ones for comp.unix.sco.* upon their creation.
