RH 5.1 Install on IBM PC Server 325

I finally got the installation to recognize my CD-ROM but after the
installation I could not find an Ethernet driver that works with my on board
Ethernet.  Does anyone know which one I should use?  I know I will need to
recompile the kernel for the dual Pentium support.  Is there any other
kernel options that might help me?

Any help as to how to get Linux to use my on board Ethernet will be
appreciated.

Ive got an IBM pc server 325 esv.  we cannot figure out how to enable
the onboard ethernet.  We dont have anything in the docs that will
help... we're trying to get it working under linux, but have no idea
why it wont enable at all.
