Hi! Linux gurus,
Recently, I got a fast wide SCSI harddisk from seagate. It is 4.3 GBytes.
I have a SCSI controller SIIG UltraSCSI BusMaster SCI controller card.
I try to install the Redhat 4.2 into it.
1. exstart.bat
2. detect the SCSI (I use the other driver to detect it)
3. install necessary packages
4. install LILO
5. then reboot
I boot from SCSI ID 0 (I turn off all the IDE driver from BIOS).
Then, it boots
Then, it display all 01 01 pair on my screen.
Can anyone enlighten me what's going on? Please!
Thank you very much! I don't have problem when I run 4.2 under IDE driver.
Thank you very much!!
