I would like to know what I could get if I add 1M more RAM to it.

I guess that: 2M => 1024x768 (65k color)
                 => 1280x1024 (256 color)
                 => 800x600 (24-bit color)?!

Anythin else? Faster?

BTW, I could only get 60Hz max. refresh rate at 640x480 (24-bit color),
and at 800x600 (16-bit color). Could anyone tell me if I can use 72Hz for
these modes? I did try "vmode 640-72" and "vmode 800-72" but it didn't
help. It works only for 256 color modes :-(

Please drop me a few lines.

I think it shouldn't be worth it since there's something in the docs that
said that only 8bpp (256 colors) was supported. But,

You got more than 256 colors? How did you do this? (I use the XF_W32 [or
something like that] server.)
