kernel panic: vfs: unable to mount root fs on 08:01

After I installed A diskset, I reboot my system.

I got this message "kernel panic: vfs: unable to mount root fs on 08:01"

What is this mean ? what did I do worng ?

Please help me

I get that a bit. Try either recompiling or reinstalling - it happens a
fair bit on older machines, I've found.
