Problems with netscape/ arena

I am trying to get some sort of web browser working for linux, except
both programs report that they can't find certain libraries for them to
function.  I copied the files they need from the distribution archive to
the /X11/LIB directory..and they STILL don't work.  Any ideas?

Can arena do frames now? Can anybody recommend it as a replacement for
