Hi. I'm new.  I'm trying to run programs that require svga and I'm
missing the usr/local/lib/libvga.config file.  I didn't setup the video
when I installed Linux.  It's also telling me "warning, no clocks
defined" and to check the README.mach32 and README.config files.  Well I
can't find those anywhere.
Any ideas?

1. /etc/vga/libvga.config? what is it?
