SCSI Zip drive w/ Zip zoom scsi adapter problems...

I've installed the latest revision of Slackware with a generic scsi kernel.
I have not yet recompiled the kernel, but am having problems getting the
Zip drive to initialize in Linux.

I am receiving these messages upon bootup:

What do I have configured wrong?  The scsi address of the zip drive is 5,
and the IRQ of the Zip zoom adapter is 11 according to Win95.

Please help.  I have been digging through the SCSI, ZIPDrive, and Bootup
HOWTO documentation.

Thanks for your time,
Jeffrey T. Fritz

Better recompile for aha152x (it's quite easy) and add at lilo
parameters the correct address, IRQ and  all that (the board has no
bios, so linux cannot tell where is it).
And be sure not to have any conflict. Check by controlling /proc
Mine works fine, if this helps

1. Zip Zoom & SCSI Zip Drive

I have a SCSI Zip Drive that is connected to my P90 using an iomega Zip
Zoom card.  I believe that the card is supposed to be Adaptec 15xx
compatible.

How do I get Linux to recognize it. I have the Red Hat 5.1 distribution
installed.
