I have a problem compiling a computational program for 2 processors.
It says that i must increase value of SHMMAX. Could anybody tell me where
in kernel i can change this parameter ?

If you are running a recent kernel, look at:
(/usr/src/linux)/Documentation/sysctl/kernel.txt

and the pseudo file /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax
