Sure Sure, I know my machine is a whimper to say the least. BUT.
Problem
Booting the Boot disk with Bare.i kernel. The kernel does not detect the
IDE hard drive in the system (It's an ISA based system). The FAQ said to
include the HD parameters at the "boot:" prompt ( "boot: ramdisk
hda=980,10,17 floppy=thinkpad).
Here are some of the error messages during the boot disk phase.
