by I wrote an e-mail to Aureal last night regarding the
current situation of Linux not having any significant
support for their products. Well, they wrote back to me
(already!) with the following message:
"Hello,
Aureal will release Linux drivers and source very soon.
Thanks."
(I removed his name and e-mail as a courtesy)
Anyway, hopefully, I (and everyone else) will be able to
finally use our Aureal soundcards under Linux (for free,
unlike OSS). Kudos to Aureal for changing their minds
and supporting Linux relatively quickly!
