I upgraded my Redhat 5.2 with 2.2.5 kenel with BTTV support enabled and
I also setup the xawtv program however this is the following message I
get from Dmesg:
i2c: initialized
Linux video capture interface: v1.00
bttv0: Brooktree Bt848 (rev 18) bus: 0, devfn: 72, irq: 0, memory:
0x00000000.
bttv0: IRQ 0 busy, change your PnP config in BIOS
Any ideas on what I need to change in the BIOS?
Also when excuting the 'xawtv' the following message occurs:
This is xawtv-2.40, running on Linux/i686 (2.2.5)
wmhooks: kde
x11: 800x600, 16 bit/pixel, 1600 byte/scanline, DGA, VidMode
open /dev/video: Operation not supported by device
sh: v4l-conf: command not found
v4l-conf had some trouble, trying to continue anyway
open /dev/video: Operation not supported by device
no video grabber device available
Any ideas on what I should do next???
If I could get my TV-CARD working then I could say bye bye to Windows98,
Bill Gates and the Microshaft monopoly!!!
