SCSI/linux gurus:
  i have a siig scsi pci gold card with 2 500mb segate drives.  i have
been having large problems detecting the controller.  it comes up as
an "unknown" pci device for starters.  when i tried the generic nrc
scsi drivers, it does detect the controller. (I still get the unknown
error..)  However, the drive times out.
  any advice/compatibility notes/whatever would result in mucho
gratitude from me. ;)
