1. Linksys LNE100TX network card in RedHat 6.2

Hi,

I am a newbie. I tried (unsuccessfully) to install Linksys LNE100TX
networking card in RedHat 6.2.

Linux doesn't detect my card (it's a PCI card) when it boots.
When I compiled and copied tulip.o to  /lib/modules/2.2.14-5.0/net
directory, and executed depmod -a, I got the following message "unresolved
symbols in tulip.o ."

Would somebody please tell me what could solve my problem?
If I install RedHat 7.1, will it recognize my NIC ?
