However, I just discovered how to do it. It's an option in the
KDE Control Center. Select System, then Shell and there it is!

Hi invertebrate biologists,
A few years back I used a character-mode, curses-based shell on
either Interactive 386 Unix or HP-UX (I don't remember which).
I believe it was called PAM (or pam or Pam or...). I didn't
care for it much, especially since I had X Windows. At my present site,
I'm SCO character mode, and I really wouldn't mind a full-screen file
browser, like Norton or XTree. Is there such a shell or browser in the
public domain? I've checked the FAQ and don't see anything on the subject.
