I found out from Mylex that the BusLogic 948/958 series of cards is not
supposed to be able to boot from a mother board with an AMI bios. It
booted fine from my previous MB which was an AWARD bios. I changed the
flash rom on the Bus Logic, and I could change the Flash rom on the MB,
but I am not sure if that would help...Any ideas on this
question....

According to Mylex, makers of the BusLogic 948 card, their 948/58 series
of PCI to
SCSI 2 cards do not boot with an AMI bios. Has anyone run into this
problem, and
possibly found a work around?
