PKUNZIP files from that were created PKZIPPING a working Linux UMSDOS
system. This technique has worked for other computers including
E-mailing the file to someone in the Netherlands who couldn't get
Linux loaded any other way (that's another story).
About 5 minutes after boot, the computer or console keyboard hangs.
Plan to try a terminal in serial port when possible (don't have one at
that location right now).
I'm hoping someone else has this particular model of Acer and can tell
me if their computer works OK or not, etc.
