I would like to limit my users memory-usage/cpu-usage. Is this possible,
and is there an application / daemon for this?

1. System info (cpu usage, memory usage, etc) using SNMP?
I've tried to configure snmpdx, but have given up all
hope. No matter what I do, snmpdx.acl always
generates a syntax error.
Where are the SUN mibs which deal with getting
cpu, memory, disk space stats?
