Anyone know if there is a built-in support for an UPS unit, in Linux?
I want to have Linux making a nice halt if receiving a signal from the UPS,
connected preferrably
to a serial port.
I use SuSE 6.1 with kernel 2.2.1.
You might be lucky, but read the UPS HOWTO first.
