Does anybody know of / have any *GOOD* links with HOWTO on INN for Linux
(RH5.1),
I feel like i've been looking all over the net without finding anything
"useful" in this case.

Once I got mine compiled (no easy task, BTW) I relied havily on this set of
web pages for configuration.
INN works wonderfully, and is very configurable, I think you made a good
choice.
