Linux (all distributions, all kernels) does not yet recognize the
tertiary and quaternary IDE ports. Somebody please fix this
shortcoming!

1. SB16 CDROM port address

What is the normal CDROM port address for an SB16/Panasonic which has a sound
address at 220? I found that the defaults in the sbpcd.h file (340) don't work
on my system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
