by I just installed redhat 2.1 on my system (P90 16mb ram, 850mb hd, atapi cdrom)
via cd, and intstalation went fine. Then when I started up win95, it would not
recognize my cdrom drive. I thought it was just an all too common win 95 error,
and so I tried booting from a dos dikette, no go, dos refused to recognize it
as well. I think the problem may lie in the resizing of my partition using
fips, but I don't see why that would effect my hardware as long as the drivers
are still there ( they are). I have installed slackware several times without
problem, and I am puzzled, and frightened at this moment. (sorry for posting
twice and wasting valuable bandwith)
