How can I prevent the standard RH 4.0 with Metro-X from loading the two
xterm sessions and Red Baron?

Can't tell you for sure since your config may be different.
So I'll tell you how to find out.

Normally, there are a couple of files that tell X how to
behave. One is .Xclients, another is .xsessions.

You need to look through these using your editor to see
which of these files you should change. Also, you can make
the computer find it for you.

 $ cd
(get to your home directory)

 $ grep 'xterm &' .*
(search through all .xxxxxx files looking for xterm

Remember, the L in Linux stands for learning! 8^)

1. Which window manager is the default in RH4.0/MetroX

I've managed to install RH4.0/MetroX on my P133 box. I'm not familiar wiht
fvwm2-95 but that's what appears to start-up. I want to modify the .fvwm2rc95
in my directory but no matter what changes I make to the file, the
start-up screen looks the same. .xinitrc and .Xclients were also copied
over to ~. I'm using startx. Any suggestions on which rc file to edit?
Btw, all the appropriate RH erratum rpm patches were applied.

Thanks,
Stephen
