Can I add NT to an OS/2+Linux (LILO) system?

I'm currently running the following system:

Filesystem         1024-blocks  Used Available Capacity Mounted on
/dev/hdb7            1486339 1171005   238526     83%   /
/dev/hdb5               3840     589     3053     16%   /boot
/dev/hdb3            1612544  317024  1295520     20%   /dos
/dev/hda1            1056352  608942   447410     58%
/os2

No other free space is available.  OS/2 is the only partition on the
first drive.  Linux's root and swap partitions are on the second hard
drive, followed by /dos (FAT, plain DOS right now).  I hope to install
WindowsNT 4.0 (yes, yes, I know, but WINE can't solve all my problems)
later this year onto/over the /dos partition.  I read the mini-HOWTO but
it seems outdated/troubling.  Of course, I'll be backing up all my data
beforehand.

And now the $64 question:
Can I install WindowsNT 4.0 onto /dev/hdb3 using this setup?

And more importantly:
Has anyone done it?  Has anyone here installed WindowsNT _after_ their
other OS'es successfully?

Probably no - IIRC you need at least 5 mb DOS partition on your first drive
to hold NT loader. OS/2 boot manager may help but you don't seem to be using
it.
