Linux installation in SONY VAIO PCG-885.

Post by MURANAKA Takanob » Tue, 09 Mar 1999 04:00:00

I was trying to install Linux and X in  SONY VAIO PCG-885.
There are two problems about installation.

One is about kernel, the kernel of Slackware3.5 doesn't
recognize the PC-card (LPM-LN20T by Logitec).

The other is how I should change a Config. file of XF86R6.

Please help me. Thank you.

p.s. I am very sorry I sent the same file written in my native
language just before by mistake.
