I just acquired an old Dell "Latitude LM" P133 Laptop. (rev A11) I've just
installed the latest RH 6.2 release. I've got most things working, but I'm
having some problems with the X11 setup.
It has a Neomagic NM2070 display driver, but I don't know how much memory
is in the video subsystem. It was recognized OK by the new XF86
installation, and runs fine in VGA mode, but I can't get it to run any
higher resolution than 640x480.
My question is, how can I determine the maximum resolution the LCD is
capable of, and how can I set the configuration to use this resolution?
Thanks!
(Actually, I might be able to swap it for a slightly newer P166 model, so
if there are any known differences in the video between those two, that
information would be helpful.)
