However, there is a slight hitch. On RH's default configuration, the
submenus from Programs (or was it Applications?) are generated by
wmconfig dynamically and then piped to the Programs menu. You can't
use WPrefs.app to change them. Instead, go to the /etc/X11/wmconfig
directory and create your own entries. If you can figure out how to,
study a few examples in there, eg. netscape, emacs, gimp. It is really
easy.

Hi!
I'm a newbie in Linux. After installing Linux and XFree86 i ran into a
problem: the "start menu", which you get by left-clicking on the
desktop, contains tons of programs which do not exist on my computer.
And it lacks MANY important applications, which I would like to add
there. How do I modify this "start menu" (please tell me also the
correct name of the menu)?
