Whenever I am promtpted for the Supplemental Disk it starts loading and gets
halfway, a blue screen appears and then the cursor sits on a black border on
the bottom of the screen. The cursor isn't stuck but I can't initiate any
commands. Could it be that I just have a bad disk?

Sounds like it - go to the RedHat site and grab the new set of disk images -
they have quite a few fixes in them for certain hardware issues (like CDROMS
disappearing mid-way through an install etc).

1. The latest boot.img and supp.img failed

Anyone knows how to make the latest boot.img and supp.img worked under
redhat updates?
I have just downloaded them and find that both were boot failed from
floppy whatever I made them by rawrite.exe in windows or dd in linux.
