RedHat 4.0: Changing SCSI Controller Driver?

Post by John Darr » Wed, 01 Jan 1997 04:00:00

Hi!

I have a need to change the SCSI controller in a perfectly running
RedHat 4.0 setup (my current controller is really slow).  How does one go
about installing a new driver without having to reinstall the OS itself?
Do I have to remove the other driver, or can I leave it installed as a
"backup"?

Cheers,
