V7-SPEA Mirage, svgalib

Hello out there!

Recently I upgraded my Video Graphics Adaptor from an "old" ET4000 to a
V7-Mirage P64 with 2 MB DRAM. Until then I use to take a look at postscript
files by just viewing them using "gs -sDEVICE=linux xxx.ps" and it worked
fine. Besides having trouble configuring the new hardware with my YAKUMO
(Smile) Multisync-Monitor, I'm only getting error messages while using the
above ghostscript-syntax. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ?? Do I have to get
additional software to get it all working again ??

1. Help: Xconfig for Spea Mirage V7 S3 801

I can not get XFree 2.1 working with my grafic card (ISA) Spea
Mirage V7 S3 801 (1 MB) with the resolution 1152x900ni.

There was an error message like: Display size 1280x900 too large (or so).

Is there anybody who can help me.

Thank you very much.
