There's no need to guess. The facts speak for themselves. There are
enough differences between the 3D Rage and the 3D Rage II to cause various
display problems. Even memory size detection is different. "Fully
register compatible" is a matter of opinion, i.e. not mine. We'll have to
see what kind of information Kevin Martin and I can get out of ATI.
