1. what does this cron error message mean?

Hi,

I have set up a cron job which connects to the oracle database using SQL*Plus.
The jobs runs ok when I run the job manually.

The error message is:
Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

*****************************************************************
        cron: The previous message is the standard output
        and standard error of one of the cron commands.

Please  let me know what this means and how I can get rid of it?
