Two mice /dev/psaux and /dev/ttyS1 possible under Linux

1. (/dev/ttyS1): Permission denied cu: /dev/ttyS1: Line in use Connection lost

I am trying to set up virtual modem port to share with windows machines to
dailout on. When I telnet to localhost 2006 I get the following error:
cu: open
(/dev/ttyS1): Permission denied  cu: /dev/ttyS1: Line in use Connection to
host lost. Any ideas.

Thanks Marvin
