Accessing windows95 partitions from Linux: only as root?

Hi,

On my Linux system, you need to be root to access the windows95
partition
files. I would like to share my netscape mail folders, etc., between
windows95 and Linux. Is there a way to do that without being root?

Thanks,

I think you can do this by defining the mount point for the WIN95 partition
so that all users can access it. This should be possible by simply using
chgrp and/or chown on the mount point directory.
