Try creating a new user and set their shell to /bin/csh and see
if they can get it. There is a file. Not sure at the moment I'm
still trying to install RedHat myself, but it like ftpshell or something.
Anyway, seems that though bash is the default shell it isn't
included in this file while all the others are. One of those nice
easy to use Unix features. Anyway, add the bash shell to this
file, whatever it is, and you should be OK.
