Hi !

I've  been trying to install  the   JDK 1.0.2 (pl2)  yesterday
evening, but I can't make the appletviewer works :(.

When  I call the  appletviewer, I have  the message telling me
that no applets were started, although there is an applet tag in the
HTML file !

        Any suggestion appreciated!

If you have some time for expirements I'd like you to ask to use
debuging java binaries to run (i.e. binaries with suffix '_g')
instead of optimized binaries.

They are much bigger, much slower and utilize much more memory, but
they are having many useful checks and assertions enabled.

I'd be very thankful if you'll try them in your configuration.
