Hi...
I'd just installed my Linux....but somhow my Linux doesn't recon'
my sound card. I mean, I cannot hear any sound from my sound card
through my speakers.. I currently have "Sound Blaster Vibra 16."
I tried the command "cat /dev/sndstat" ,but error message comes out
saying that there's no device like that.
Also I tried to recompile the kernal....but at the end error message
appears..."It says there are too much sylinders in my hard disk..."
(BTW my hard drive has 2446sylinders, 16 heads, and 64 sectors...It's
1.12 GB.)
Well... I tried several reference books... but can't find any answers.
... Please help me..
TIA
