1. Internal ISDN Adapter -- help

Has anyone enjoyed any success configuring an internal ISDN adapter
in North America?  I am particularly interested in what brands/models
work and what magic is required.  I am avoiding the external
modems because I want to avoid the 115,200 bps bottleneck.
(I presume that ISDN internal adapters that mimic serial adapters
would likewise be limited, since the serial drivers max out at
115,200, I think).

Any feedback appreciated...please Cc: via e-mail.
