I need to run xmkmf in order to produce a makefile. Although I do have
it on my system, for whatever reason I don't have the Imake.tmpl it
needs. How do I produce one? If there is a doc explaining this, please
let me know. Thanks.

The Imake.tmpl file comes with the X distribution. You should have it
if you have imake (or xmkmf). Check /usr/lib/X11 or somewhere there.
If not it's available wherever there are X distributions. It's a
little too complicated to redo by hand.

I can't seem to compile any X11R5 stuff. My xmkmf and imake programs search
for a file called Imake.tmpl. I don't have one and would really like one. I
have installed on my machine Slackware 1.1.1 dist. and would like to know
what disk set this came on. If I am missing this file, I may be missing more.
I'd like to get everything covered. Anyone know where to find the file?
