I have had the same problems installing form hard disk. The good news is that
there is a solution. If you goto;
http://www.redhat.com/support/docs/errata.html
and then click on the hotlink to the general errata page and then the boot disk
hotlink, you will now be able to download a new boot.img and supp.img. Rawrite
them to disk and enjoy. It will work now. The problem is because of problems with
linux converting all Fat long file names to lower case and the install for redhat
is looking for RPMS in uppercase. The new boot and supp images fix this great.
