1. PCMCIA Network Install for RedHat 6.1

How do I perform a network install of RedHat 6.1 on a laptop with a PCMCIA Network Card (Kingston
KNE-PCM/M)?

I tried using the bootnet.img, and apparently it doesn't have the necessary drivers for the Kingston
PCMCIA Network card.  When I tried the pcmcia.img, it would only let me do a install from either a
harddrive or CDROM.

During the install, the installer asks for a Driver Disk.  How do I create a Driver Disk for the
Kingston PCMCIA Network card?
