I've got this running right now. The key thing to know is that OS/2
FDISK won't let you add a partition to the Boot Manager menu if that
partition is marked as Linux native. Here's a general overview of the
steps to take:
1. Plan your installation!
2. Use OS/2 FDISK to create your Linux native and Linux swap
3. Add your Linux root partition to the Boot Manager menu.
4. Install Linux; instead of using Linux fdisk to create partitions,
simply change their type to Linux native or Linux swap.
5. Install LILO in the boot sector of your Linux root partition; you
probably won't want any delay.
