1. _/_/_/ help on priocntl _/_/_/

Hi all:

I'm trying to use "priocntl" to reschedule a real-time process.
The problem is that I need to do it in a regular account (non root).

In the old days (the 4.x ones) setting the suid on a
shell script used to suffice. I was told this is not valid
anymore. I was also told that a binary file with its suid
set would do the trick ( to writing a c program that uses the
system() or exec() function calls ). I just proved that
        to be not true.

Could someone please give me more insight on what needs to
        be done.
