I had same problem.  I have OS/2, WINNT, WIN95 on one hard drive.  I have to built
WINNT at the end.  If I install it first it will not work at all.
Here is my hard drive

1st partition  400MB  DOS/NT
2nd              1MB  OS/2 Boot Manager
3rd            300MB  OS/2
4th            314MB  WIN95
No logical drive is defined.  All 4 partition are primary.

There is a bug in the NT (3.51 build 1057) disk administrator, that caused it
to behave eratically.
More info on that in the micro$oft knowledgebase.
They made a patch for it (at this moment its called sp 3 you can ignore the
other two ).
You can ftp it (its an 8 meg .exe file though) from micro$ofts.
hope it cures it.

Ah. I recall wanting to say this earlier today ... that's life, I guess.

In any case, try writing LILO to the master boot record (so lilo runs
before NTDA) or perhaps using OS/2's boot manager if you have access to
it.

Good luck
