From the iiprtqry.log of a frame destroying session
it seems Ingres 2.5 only deletes a record from ii_objects
leaving a record in ii_abfobjects which references non-existing object_id.

I don't think we ever had an automated way to do it.  You could write
something to delete the rows from ii_objects, ii_abfobjects, and
ii_abfdependencies, but it might be a little tricky to get all the form
references deleted properly.  Shouldn't be too hard though.
