tables utility inconsistency (solution)

The dba had also created these tables (holding different data).
So there were 2 tables (same tablename). The first was created by the user
and the second by the dba. The dba could see that he owned
the table by using the tables utility and so did the user.

1. tables utility inconsistency

tables owned by >the DBA and the tables created by him/her. He/she will not
be able to see tables >created by others. If a table created by the DBA and
the user have identical >names, the user will not be able to see the table
created by the DBA.
with a >pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's
relativity."-- Albert Einstein

It was the dba who used the tables utility and the itm.
Only when the dba impersonates the owner of a table is it
possible to see the real owner.
Otherwise the owner is reported to be the dba...
The same holds for the itm when executing "help table <tablename>"
