It looks as though we are OK on resources, any ideas chaps?

Move the 'localhost' line to the end of the /etc/hosts file or if you
don't have one, add the following to the end of the file:
127.0.0.1       localhost

Then start the servers.

Tech support have also suggested the same thing. Strabgely the last line of
our /etc/hosts file is
127.0.0.1       localhost    loopback

We will try removing the "loopback".
