Reverse printing on HP Lasers using D3

Reverse printing on HP Lasers using D3

We are designing a new form and we want to print a few lines in reverse (black
background with white letters).  Perusal of the HP manuals did not reveal a

reverse on, but it isn't defined in our HP devices.

Before we go to the effort of creating and downloading fonts, I was wondering
if anyone knew an easy way to do this.

We have a variety of lasers, ranging from LJ II's to 5P's, with some HP like
Okidatas for good measure.

Thanks

HP sells a manual on PCL and HPGL commands. What you are looking for is likely
included there. You may even be able to find what you are looking for on the
shelf of your local bookstore. Good Luck.

Not sure you can do this (easily) on an HP LaserJet.
It can be done easily on a Canon LBP-III, I can attest.
